Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING for U.S. orders and they are shipped same day or next business day via USPS First Class mail. Shipping takes 2-4 business days and you will be emailed tracking information once shipped.

 International orders are shipped same day or next business day via DHL or USPS for $9.99 – $14.99 USD. Shipping times vary and while it typically takes 8-15 business days, it can take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Tracking can be limited depending on destination.

 Returns/Exchanges

 Free Returns or Exchanges for U.S. Orders: We provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of when the product was delivered. If purchased through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

 For us to complete the return or exchange, the returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received (new condition) which means unaltered, undamaged and free of any dog hair, dirt, stains or tears. If the product received is not clean, we will charge a $5 cleaning fee per item. To avoid the cleaning fee, please turn it inside out (keep unzipped) and wash it by itself (care instructions on label). If the product is altered, damaged, stained or cannot be cleaned then it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 How to Return/Exchange:

  • START YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE HERE >>
  • Enter your order number and zip code.
  • Your order number is in the confirmation email and is also the last 6 digits of the Reference Number on your original packing slip.
  • Once entered, you will be able to download a pre-paid shipping label which can be used to return the product to us. Please do not ship the product to the return address in Henderson, NV on the original package.
  • You can include a note in the package or email support@sheddefender.com to let us know whether you are returning or exchanging the product and what size you’d like to switch to.

 Please allow 3-5 business days for processing returns or exchanges.

  • For exchanges, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once the new item ships out. The new item will be shipped out for free. 
  • For returns, you will be notified of your refund (less shipping) via email and it will post to your account within 2-3 business days.

 Please note that we only allow one exchange per order. If the new item doesn’t fit, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, but we cannot ship a third item.

 International Orders: All orders outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping on all returns and exchanges. Please email support@sheddefender.com and we will provide instructions on how to return or exchange your product. Please do not send the product back to the address in Henderson, Nevada on the package or packing slip.

 For exchanges, we will ship out the new item to you at no cost, but the sale is final after the exchange. We cannot accept the second item back as a return or exchange.
